1. About POWK and Yuubee

Welcome to POWK.

POWK is a platform that enables artists, venues and grassroots music organisations to receive direct support from fans and communities. POWK is an appointed partner of thankyu and Yuubee, who provide the underlying technology, payment processing and platform services.

By signing up through POWK:

  • You will be registered on and use Yuubee services and infrastructure

  • POWK acts as your onboarding, support and engagement partner

  • Yuubee acts as the technology provider and payment processor

In practice:

  • POWK helps you get set up, onboarded and supported

  • Yuubee provides the platform, account functionality, payment processing and payouts

Where relevant, Yuubee’s terms, processes and policies (including payments, KYC/KYB and data handling) apply to your account and use of the service.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, individuals and organisations who:

  • Register via POWK

  • Access Yuubee services through POWK

  • Use the platform to receive tips, donations, income or support

By submitting your details or creating an account, you agree to:

  • Be contacted by POWK to complete your onboarding and setup

  • Be registered on the Yuubee platform to access services

  • Comply with both POWK and Yuubee terms, policies and processes

3. POWK Role

POWK provides:

  • Onboarding and account setup

  • Support and guidance

  • Access to tools, campaigns and resources

  • Ongoing support to help you maximise funding and engagement

POWK does not:

  • Hold or process payments

  • Act as a financial institution

  • Provide regulated financial services

All payment processing, holding of funds and payouts are managed by Yuubee and its regulated partners.

4. Yuubee Role

Yuubee provides:

  • User accounts and platform infrastructure

  • Payment processing and fund handling

  • KYC/KYB verification processes

  • Payout services to individuals and organisations

Yuubee acts as your limited-purpose commercial agent for receiving and processing payments on your behalf.
